Highlights and Terms of the HMG Privileged Patron Card.
• This is a loyalty card that rewards patrons for each bill paid by them at The House of MG premises (for hotel, retail as well as restaurants).
• It has a two tier reward system where there is a higher reward for higher frequency of visits. In this system, the reward is double if consecutive billing dates are within one month of each other. E.g. if a customer has paid Rs.1000 on June 6. 2006, he will get 100 reward points (1 reward point equals Rs.1). If he visits House of MG again before July 6, 2006, he would be able to remit this entire Rs.100 as per rules of remission explained below. However, if his visit is after July 6, 2006, this Rs.100 would reduce to Rs.50 automatically in his account and this amount would carry forward till the expiry date of the card.
• A customer can use his reward points to pay up to 50% of any bill raised at the House of MG. The balance 50% has to be paid in cash.
• The customer cannot use the reward points accumulated on a bill issued on the same day.
• The customer would be issued reward points only on the cash amount paid. E.g. if a customer settles a Rs.1000 bill with Rs.500 in cash and balance in reward points, he would be eligible for further reward points on Rs.500 only.
• The Privileged Patron Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion scheme that may be on at the time.
• It is imperative that the customer signs the bill and present his card at the counted to redeem or accumulate reward points. Our system is automated and cannot redeem or reward points without physical verification of the card.
• Carry forward points expire with the expiry date of the card, which is one year from date of issue. |
