Que : Does your tour include international air fair?
Ans : Since our clients come from various countries, it is not possible for us to cover the international air fair in the package. Only ground transportation is covered in the package as mentioned in the itinerary.

Que : Who are my travelling companions?
Ans : Due to reasons concerning the privacy of our clients, we can not provide personal details of other travellers. Our tour is a cultural tour and it mainly appeals to people interested in history and different cultures and traditions. Our tour is conducted in English and attracts English speaking travellers mainly from Europe and America.

Que : What is the age group profile for your tours?
Ans : The nature of our tour is very relaxed with very less amount of travelling involved. Hence people of all ages can participate in the tour. The recommended age for travellers for this tour is 21-55 years, who are in good physical health.

Que : I am a single traveller, will I be charged single supplement?
Ans : Normally the room allotment is on twin sharing basis and you have to inform us in case you are travelling alone at time of booking the tour. You are advised to find your room partner on your own before the room allotment is done, though if you are unable to find a room partner, we will charge you single supplement.

Que : Can I get extra beds at the hotel for my children?
Ans : In case you need extra beds and any other services for your children, we request you to inform us at time of booking the tour and we will certainly make the necessary arrangements for you at an additional cost.

Que : Are all the hotel services and facilities like swimming pool, gym, food and beverages provided in the room, internet etc. included in the package rate?
Ans : No, the facilities and services which are not listed in the itinerary are not included in the package rate. Services of personal nature like the use of internet, telex, telephone, laundry, mini-bar etc. will incur extra charges. Swimming pool and Gym are available for use free of cost to the hotel guests.

Que : Can I book extra nights of hotel before or after my tour?
Ans : Yes, you can certainly book extra nights if you wish to at time of booking the tour, for which you will be charged separately.

Que : Are airport transfers included in the package?
Ans : Airport or Railway station pick up is included in the package as mentioned in the itinerary. Drop will be charged extra.

Que : What type of ground transportation is included on your tour?
Ans : The transport throughout the tour will be in an a/c mini- coach or a Station wagon (in case of small group size) with comfortable upholstered seats.

Que : What type of clothing is recommended for your tour?
Ans : Between November and February, Ahmedabad has a temperature range of 8C and 28C. Therefore normal cotton clothes and light woollens are recommended. Nights do tend to get chilly at times and a woollen scarf/shawl can come in handy. Women travellers are advised to wear non revealing clothes to avoid being stared at.

Que : Is tipping included, and if not how much should I budget?
Ans : Tipping is not included in the package. There is no fixed range for tipping in India, but on the whole you could keep Indian Rs. 3000 to Rs. 4000 for tips during the entire tour.

Que : Is availability confirmed in case of online booking?
Ans : When you complete the formalities for online booking through our website and make and advance payment for the tour, your place will be held till 45 days before the departure. At this juncture, you will have to pay the balance booking amount to confirm your reservation. To this, you will receive a confirmation from our side by e-mail.

Que : Are your tours guaranteed to run?
Ans : In normal circumstances, our tours are guaranteed to run once we have the minimum number of fully-paid travellers.

Que : Do I need insurance?
Ans : Yes, all persons are advised to take travel insurance while visiting India. The insurance is not included in the package and you will have to make separate arrangements for the same through your agent.

Que : I have heard that Indian food is very spicy. Will I suffer health problems due to spicy food or can I request special arrangements according to my preferences?
Ans : We will ensure that the food served is adapted to international tastes in terms of chillies and spices. The taste and quality of the food served at the House of MG and at other hotels and restaurants included on tour are accepted and appreciated by many foreign visitors. Though it is impossible for us to make special arrangements for each and every guest, in case you have any special requirements, religious concerns or health related, please inform us at time of booking the tour and we will try to include something for you at each meal.
