This limited edition of signed serigraphs was commissioned to State of the Art by The Centre for Environment and Education, the nodal agency from India for the World Environment Summit in Rio de Jeneiro, in June '92. It was presented to the other world leaders by the then Indian Prime Minister, Narasimha Rao, as a momento.
