Cancellation policy for non – Apex bookings:

•

Cancellation before 30 days of booking date will invite 20% of booking value as processing charge.

•

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the booking but less than 30 days will be subject to 50% refund of total amount.

•

Cancellations / no show within 48 hours of the booking will be subject to 100% cancellation charge of total amount.

•

There will be no refund whatsoever for cancellations made in ‘Black-out’ period between November and February every year.

•

For all Apex Bookings, there is no refund for cancellations or for change in travel schedule.
